Physical book or magazines returns & refund policy
When returning new books, they must be in the same condition as when they were purchased. This means/includes but is not limited to NO: visible damage, writing or marks, highlighting, no opened software, and odor. Books purchased in shrink-wrap must still be in original wrapping.
ALL sales are final on clearance items. No refund without receipt. NO EXCEPTION! Must be in SAME CONDITION as purchased. Products must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt date.
Returns will be dealt with as soon as possible. During holiday periods (over the summer, Christmas or Easter, this may take longer than usual).
All Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Returning a book ordered online
You must meet all of the above requirements and complete the Return Authorization form in order to return textbook(s). A return authorization number will be emailed to you with instructions on how to return your textbooks. Please allow at least 3 business days for a response.
General Merchandise Refund Policy
General merchandise can be returned for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by an original receipt. Merchandise must be in new condition with all tags and packaging.

You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by an original receipt. Merchandise must be in new condition with all tags and packaging.
Please note that you must pay for shipping costs for returns/exchanges. You may, however, return/exchange in the store free of charge.
Due to security reasons, we will not accept credit card numbers over the phone. This is to protect you and your credit card information. Our website is the best option to place a secure order from our store without visiting in person.
You may be able to return digital books or magazines that you bought from our online shop. We will consider your return if we receive your request within seven days of the date of purchase. A legitimate reason must be provided.
